ABOUT BIG COFFEE
Big Coffee is an event for tech startups in Sydney and those interested in innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit in the ICT industry. At Big Coffee will be software engineers, web developers, scientists and designers discussing their work and showing there wares in an informal setting. Big Coffee will be an extension of the Open Coffee model where technology entrepreneurs, investors, developers, designers and service providers regularly gather to discuss their ideas. At Big Coffee the members of Open Coffee will have the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience.
WHAT TO BRING
Yourself and someone else. All are welcome. It's free. Bring an example of your work, your thoughts, your hopes. Bring a poster or portfolio to lay on the table or a laptop to show some of your creations. Big Coffee will be something like an informal poster session where we can see what sorts of skills we have to share, to inspire, to....sell.
ABOUT OPEN COFFEE
Open Coffee is about creating a regular, informal, meeting place for people involved in, or who want to be involved in, the Tech Startup Industry. Open Coffee in Sydney has attracted over 260 members in less than a year and holds regular informal meetings in the Sydney CBD and in Parramatta. Members come from a wide range of industries such as software engineering, web development, law, investment, science and graphic design. Big Coffee is a chance for Open Coffee to show Sydney the depth of talent it has in the tech startup industry.
